“I believe that we all have a purpose in life. I believe that we were born with an intuition as a means of helping us make decisions regarding our health and well-being. I believe that we learn through life and childhood experiences to ignore those intuitions in order to meet our culture and society’s expectations of what is “normal”. I believe that by learning how to balance the mind, body and spirit by gaining a better understanding of ourselves and our struggles, we can find a life of balance, peace and happiness.” Katie uses a variety of techniques and interventions to accomplish this goal depending on the age and goals of each client.
